Hi you may wonder that it is not possible to get the healthy food on an limited budget in this globalized and industrialized food system. But its possible if you want so. And its true Most of the people in this country want to buy cheaper food to save their money. Actually you have to understand that to eat food is not only to fulfill the hunger but also to preserve health. To raise a healthy child you should concerned about food. Organic food could be the best choice. Or you can try home made food. It would be also healthier and you can keep your budget limit .Here I am going to give some information about food which you can make in your home. May be it'll take some time but you could eat healthy food.

Vegetable is the most nutritious food even it is good for child also . You can get seasonal vegetables like carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, watercress, spinach etc . from the local markets and it is cheaper and healthier than unseasonal one. And with this vegetable you can make lots of delicious and healthy dishes, Or you can make vegetable , chicken , corn soup at home. It will save your money and time also. Just a little thing can make more difference.


Fruits is very essential for human body. It increases defense power in our body against diseases. It has lot of vitamin , mineral etc. which give us energy, boldness etc. Everybody should eat seasonal fresh fruits which is very nutritious , delicious and cheaper also. Most of the people think that fruits are costly so they buy juice instead which carry many sugar, chemical and it is not good for health. If you want you can buy seasonal cheap fruits and make juice at home which will be healthier , delicious and good for health.


Before going to market you can make a plan or a list of healthy food. You should make a budget according to your demand and capability. If you follow this you don't need to be hesitate to buy the listed things and you can save your time also. But sometimes it can be difficult to fulfill your demand .But it would be very helpful to maintain your daily expenses and budget also.
And about meat..i think you should eat organic meat .But you might be think that organic food is very expensive but its not necessary to eat meat everyday. You can add meat in your budget twice in a week.


Finally I will recommend that everybody should encourage themselves to eat organic food even it is expensive. Organic food is expensive because it produced by natural way. But in this industrialized food system if we want to keep healthy than I think we should eat organic food or seasonal food. Many people eat junk food to save their money but first of all we should think is junk food good for our health?? what they do in our body without satisfy our hunger??
